Aloft Charlotte Uptown at the EpiCentre is your meeting destination in the heart of Charlotte's financial district. With 3 total meeting rooms and nearly 2,500 square feet of meeting space, we can accommodate meetings from 4 to 200 people.
Tactic 1 and Tactic 2
Tactic rooms 1 and 2 combine to form our largest meeting room, for a maximum meeting space of 1,900 square feet and a seating capacity of 100 classroom style. All meeting rooms are complete with complimentary wireless high speed internet with a full array of Audio/Visual equipment available. A complete Catering Menu is also available to make your next meeting a successs.
This space can accommodate various set-ups, including:
- Banquet for up to 100 people
- Theater for up to 200 people
- Reception for up to 80 people
- Classroom for up to 100 people
- U-Shape Seating for up to 70 people
- Hollow Square for up to 80 people
- Dinner/Dancing for up to 150 people
Tactic 3
Our state-of-the-art boardroom/conference room features a 50" plasma screen for all of your presentation needs. With seating for 12 in ergonomically crafted chairs, this room is set for a successful and productive meeting.
